MISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT: Preparing the competitive professionals according to the highest international standards - leaders who can effectively manage the operational, organizational, and socially-working processes in the real economy.
Training of «Bachelor of Management» is based on the position that management, which formed in a civilized market relations, is currently undergoing significant changes. Today we stand at the threshold of therd revolution of managersment, and the learning process at the Department of Management is made as close as possible to the practical problems of modern management.
In 2008 and in 2013, the program «Bachelor of Management» has successfully passed the international accreditation of the European Council for Business Education.
The department of Management of PRUE intakes students for the 1st and following years of study on budgetary and payable basis.
After 4 years of training in this area all students of the program "Bachelor of Management" issued by a state diploma of higher education with of the degree of Bachelor of Management. Futher, all graduates of the program "Bachelor of Management" can continue their education at master's program of the Department of Management in such specializations as:
- General and Strategic Management
- Management of Innovative Businesses
- Management of entrepren eurship
- Commercial Management
All students have an opportunity to take a summer and pre-diploma practice in commercial and public companies that allows to get real practical skills in management, as well as to develop them in action at the Department of «The Career club». Each student has the opportunity to pass the "built-in" study abroad for one or two semesters at the universities of Europe, USA and China.
Training of managers is carried out through an educational complex -«The Training Corporation». This complex implements the idea of creating a virtual model of the corporation with its internal and external business processes, in which students can work in various departments, for example: in the Division of HR Management, Division of Strategic Planning and Forecasting, etc.
At the exhibition "Education Week 2003" the PRUE awarded a diploma and gold medal of All-Russian Exhibition Centre for the development and implementation of the educational process of interdisciplinary program of «The Training Corporation», and in 2005 received the patent for the training complex «The Training Corporation».
For any organization training of the staff - the main key for achievement of good results, regardless of it’s stage of development. At the Department within the specialization of «HR management» is given a block of psychological disciplines, conducts training sessions on the development of communicative and organizational skills. Practice developing of diagnostic techniques makes their professional activities more effective.
The problem of attracting and using investments has always been in the economy of Russia, the sources of which is the state budget at all levels, population, businesses, and also foreign sources. The need for specialists knowledgeable about the investment analysis of real projects, supported by the fact that virtually all students find employment before the graduation from the university.
The main feature of any department or specialty - its graduates. Since 1945 the Department has trained more than 20,000 highly skilled generalists. Our graduates are well known in the structures of the legislative and executive branches of modern Russia: O.V. Deripaska, M.M. Zadornov, S.A. Zverev, A.V. Curtin, V. Mau.
Among the business partners of the Department there are such organizations as: Rostech, Rosatom, Gazprombank, Vneshtorgbank, the Chamber of the Russian Federation, Pension Fund, Ministry of Economic Development, the company "SAP CIS», «Expert Systems», etc .
The professors of the program of «Bachelor of Management» guarantee that their graduates will become successful managers - analysts, who have a new economic intellection and skills to work effectively in any economic structure of Russia and other countries.
